Thank you for choosing our handcrafted press-on nails. Each set is meticulously crafted by skilled nail artists who prioritize quality over quantity. Please understand that, as each product is handmade and not mass-produced, slight variations may occur between sets.

In-Store Return Policy

For in-store purchases, products must be unused, in their original packaging (including any tool kits, adhesive tabs, etc.), and accompanied by the original receipt. Due to the personal nature of our items, we cannot offer refunds, but we will gladly provide store credit or an exchange for another available style within two weeks of purchase.

If there is a defect, please contact us within five days of purchase at return@divinedigitsstudio.com, including clear photos of the product. Note that, as handmade items, each piece may exhibit slight differences, even within the same style.

 

Online Return Policy

For online purchases, refunds or exchanges are not available unless the product arrives damaged.

  • Damaged Products: If your product is damaged during shipping and remains unused, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Send clear photos of the damage, along with your order number, to returns@divinedigitsstudio.com, and we will arrange to send a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Size Exchanges: If you find that the size does not fit, please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery. Provide photos of the fit issue, and we will offer a 50% discount on a replacement order in the same style but different size.

All final sale products and discounted items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
